Number 3 on our list is truly a classic! We speak of course of the Raider-Waite Tarot Deck! This orgin of this deck dates back to 1909, in London England, where co-creators Arthur Edward Waite, a scholar, and William Rider, a publisher first created this deck. The deck was hand-drawn by artist Pamela Colman Smith, who completed the commissioned 78 paintings featured in this deck. The Rider-Waite Tarot Deck is still one of the most universally used tarot decks today. This is our favorite for beginners looking to plant deep roots in their Tarot knowledge!
