RETURN POLICY
We offer returns for physical goods sold through our shop only! Returns can be exchanged for store credit, a product of equal value, or a refund to the original payment method up to 30 days from the original order date. Discounted items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. Digital goods are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for a refund. Vendor packages are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return the physical item must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging and order information. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds for goods will be processed 3-7 business days after returned item is received by us. You can request a return anytime by contacting us at Support@witchcraftHUB.com or by replying to your original order confirmation email outlining which items you'd like to return .
